Dawoodi Bohras have a strong reputation for education, enterprise, and professional excellence—a spirit reflected across our Sydney members, many of whom are business owners, academics, engineers, healthcare professionals, and public-sector contributors eager to contribute to social wellbeing and community development.

Environmental stewardship is an important part of our ethos. We follow a zero-waste approach wherever possible—using recyclable materials at events, reducing single-use waste, and organising community clean-ups. Our annual tree-planting drive brings together families of all ages to support the local council’s environmental efforts.

Our community also participates in interfaith programs across Sydney, helping foster meaningful dialogue and mutual respect. We take pride in supporting national events such as ANZAC Day memorial services, and engaging in national causes and events that support Australia’s society.
