Canberra’s Dawoodi Bohra community has evolved with the city itself. Our community places a strong emphasis on learning, with numerous students, and our members contribute to Canberra’s diverse workforce across fields such as information technology, academia, the public sector, construction, and retail.

Service lies at the heart of our identity. Despite our small numbers, we actively partner with local charities such as OzHarvest and Communities@Work, supporting food-relief efforts and assisting individuals experiencing hardship. Our members also participate in outreach programs and city-wide events, helping foster dialogue, understanding, and meaningful connections with Canberra’s diverse communities.
